Pizza made with flatbread with your favorite toppings!

Pizza is such a yummy meal and this recipe makes it so easy to make great pizza at home.

Flatbread can be found at most grocery stores. It's a slightly doughy bread, but it's thin enought to work well to make pizza.

Add your favorite toppings to make a custom pizza for everyone in your familiy (like we always do!). You can skip the cheese to make this a Dairy-Free recipe.

The flatbread can be frozen and then you can pull as many flatbread slices out when it's pizza night. I like to bake the flatbread slices (turned upside down) first for about 8 minutes at 415 degrees to get the bottoms nice and crunchy.

Thinly sliced bell peppers add a really nice sweetnes to a pizza.

List of Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Slice Cheddar Cheese
  • Turkey Pepperoni
  • Sweet Italian Sausage
  • Bell Peppers (Thinly Sliced)
  • Black Olives

Recipe Steps

  1. Preheat the over to 415 degrees
  2. If the flatbread slices are frozen, let them thaw for at least 30 minutes on the counter
  3. Place the flatbread slices upside-down on a wire rack in a baking sheet; Cook for 8 minutes
  4. Take out the flatbread slices and start arranging the toppings, always starting with a nice layer of pizza sauce
  5. Depending on how crispy you like your pizza, cook from 7-9 minutes in the oven
  6. After the pizzas are done cooking, take them out of the oven and slice them into pieces using a pizza cutter
  7. Serve the pizzas while they are hot!
